It was worth its 2 stars. Wanted to explore Cortland and this hotel was nice base for doing it. Booked king room with a heating system, an ironing set and a work desk.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. the room was large and there was free wi fi. decent place for a 2-night stay.
